Saved Providers are stored in your browser on this device. Clearing browser storage may remove them. Search requires no account.

Provider contact and scheduling links go directly to provider-owned destinations. Email links open your email application; phone links open your calling application. Injury Med Map does not collect provider inquiry messages, forward them, or import your later conversations. The provider’s privacy practices apply on its website and communication channels.

Remaining profile-claim and business-listing suggestion forms store the information you submit for internal review. Do not include patient information or medical records. Any historical provider inquiries and outbound records are preserved pending a separate retention decision.

Attorney and funding partner distribution, advertising analytics, and call recording are disabled. The complete operational privacy notice remains subject to review before public launch.

We use Vercel BotID browser verification and request limits to protect the directory against automated abuse. These security checks process technical request and browser signals. They are separate from optional analytics, and our BotID integration does not send public form contents. Public forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile security checks. We send the verification token, not your form contents, to Cloudflare for validation. Short-lived keyed fingerprints help limit abuse and prevent duplicate submissions.

Privacy requests

To discuss access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, contact hello@injurymedmap.com. Start with basic contact information and the type of request. Do not email medical records, detailed injury information, passwords, or identity documents. We’ll arrange appropriate verification and review applicable retention obligations before taking action.

Maps and area searches use Google Maps Platform. See Google’s Privacy Policy. City or ZIP searches may be sent to Google to resolve the requested search area.
